I love this time of year! There are estate sales and lots and lots of yard/garage sales. It just makes me giddy!
If you have read my blog before, you will know that my heart beats faster when I see a garage or estate sale. This past week was no different except that I am trying to be more selective in what I buy.
The reason I am being more selective is that I have a
hoard lot of great things already to sell. I am being forced happily sorting items and putting them into my new “Stash”! Mr. Deanie purchased two 24′ containers with walk-in doors. It is awesome to have a place to organize my inventory. I will show the inside when it is all organized and give tips on how to organize your inventory even if you don’t have your own “Stash” or container. One container has wall to wall shelves for me to put my hoard inventory. I am sorting it all into sections of like items. The other container is for furniture ready to sell. Now the shop is cleared out enough to work inside! So stay tune for lots and lots more projects now that I can get to my tools without scaling mountains of junk!
Now for what I did buy this past week.
Whenever I find these 1960s midcentury clusters of grapes, they sell very fast. These are the first pink ones I have found.
Thank you for taking the time to read this far! I really appreciate it and love to read comments.
Wishing each of you a great journey in your hunt for vintage items and make sure to have fun along the way! Remember you are making memories!
